Meet the Team

Transforming inclusive education through proactive support.
At We are includED, we specialise in proactive behaviour and communication approaches to inclusive education - building the skills, habits and shared language that make confident, compassionate practice part of everyday life in schools and colleges.

Our team doesn't just provide training. We work alongside you to design holistic strategies that reduce restrictive practices and significantly improve your learners' quality of life. We help specialist and mainstream environments evolve into places where neurodivergent children and young people experience the safety, structure and optimism they need to thrive.
