Ready to build a culture of proactive inclusion?
For Rebekah, true inclusion begins with listening. Her work is completely grounded in a person-centred approach, focusing on giving young people as much autonomy as possible over their own lives and learning.
With a rich background in therapeutic support, learning disability and mental health nursing and community-based positive behaviour support, Rebekah looks at the whole picture.
Hayley believes that every young person deserves a meaningful way to engage with their education and community. Her approach to positive behaviour support is inherently values-led, focusing on emotional regulation, independence and skill development.
Having spent years working closely with autistic children and young adults aged 3 to 25, she understands that creating an inclusive school requires a shared language.
