We specialise in proactive approaches to inclusive education. We are here to help you build the skills, habits and shared language that make confident, compassionate practice a natural part of everyday life in schools and colleges.

Our goal is to help education providers move away from simply managing crises and instead focus on building long-term inclusive habits. By doing this, we can safely reduce restrictive practices and significantly improve the overall quality of life for your neurodiverse range of students.

We are includED is different by design. Unlike generic educational training providers, our SEND consultancy and training is genuinely shaped by lived experience and clinical expertise.

We are incredibly proud to be backed by the rich 40-year heritage of Homefield College, a leading specialist FE provider. This unique connection means our strategies are never born out of abstract academic theory - they are tried, tested and grounded daily in real-world application and neurodivergent voices.

We are includED is a dedicated platform to share this specialist knowledge. We want to make high-level clinical expertise accessible and affordable for mainstream settings, academy trusts and specialist providers who need to meet strict statutory demands without the overhead of hiring full-time, in-house specialists.
