We are moving beyond 'behaviour management'.

The educational landscape is changing. With national SEND reforms and shifting statutory requirements, simply reacting to incidents is no longer enough. Schools and colleges are now expected to evidence proactive environments, maintain robust data and demonstrate seamless integration with therapeutic teams.

For single schools / colleges and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), meeting these intensive regulatory demands can feel overwhelming. We are includED is here to be your strategic partner.

Powered by the 40-year educational heritage of
Homefield College, our lived-experience-led team brings top-tier multidisciplinary expertise directly into your setting.

We work alongside you to navigate statutory requirements, satisfy Ofsted inspection criteria and sustain local placements - making specialist support genuinely accessible and empowering for your staff.
The includED Advantage

Our Multidisciplinary Team

We believe that looking at behaviour through a single lens rarely tells the whole story. Sustainable inclusion happens when an entire school shares a common, compassionate language.

Our unique advantage is our integrated team of Level 7 qualified, certified and fully registered specialists. We collaborate to help you transform your school culture:

  • Organisational strategy & implementation: guided by Rebekah (Certified Behaviour Analyst), we partner with you on whole-school environment audits, policy writing and building practical, systemic Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) action plans.

  • Individual behaviour assessments: guided by Hayley (Certified Behaviour Analyst), we deliver compassionate, person-centred behaviour assessments, actionable strategy reports and direct mentoring for frontline practitioners.

  • Speech & Language Therapy integration: guided by Sarah (Speech and Language Therapist), we manage communication assessments, map targeted intervention plans and integrate complex EHCP Section F requirements seamlessly into daily classroom life.
